Each session is customized to your individual goals — whether you're working toward carving harder turns, building endurance for full days on the slopes, or recovering from injury. Dryland training bridges the gap between the gym and the mountain, helping you build a more capable, resilient, and confident body for winter sports.
We work with first-timers looking to build ski-specific strength, recreational skiers wanting to level up, competitive athletes preparing for race season, and individuals managing chronic pain or returning from injury.
This isn't a generic workout — it's a purpose-built training experience to make sure your next day on the mountain is your best yet. Minimum age: 14 years old with parent consent.

Whether you're coming off an intense training block, preparing for time on snow, or simply seeking a moment of alpine calm, our private recovery lounge is a sanctuary for mind and body.
This experience is reserved for individuals or private pairs. Bring one friend and share the session together for no additional fee — because recovery is better in good company.
Book SessionA private 1-on-1 lesson for skiing or snowboarding with an instructor from our team. Each session is 45 minutes in total, with 5–10 minutes built in for warming up, putting on ski/snowboard boots, and getting onto the simulator. You will then spend 30 minutes training on the simulator itself. At the end of your session, you'll have 5–10 minutes to remove boots, stretch, and cool down.
Please note: sessions are scheduled back-to-back. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and you will forfeit any missed minutes.
We have two commercial-grade ski simulators in different sizes. Your session may be held on either simulator, and we cannot guarantee which one will be available.
To prepare for your session:
• Please wear athletic clothing
• Calf-high socks are REQUIRED for sanitary use of our ski & snowboard boots.
→ If you forget appropriate socks, you will be required to purchase ski socks from us for $25.
• You're welcome to bring your own ski or snowboard boots — but if not, we have plenty of sizes available!
Minimum age to participate on the simulators is 7 years old.
Book SessionA 30-minute guided recovery session designed to improve mobility, reduce muscle tightness, and restore your body after training or skiing. Includes targeted mobility work, assisted stretching, and massage gun therapy with our corrective exercise specialist. Ideal after a session or as a standalone reset.
Highly recommended after ski simulator or fitness sessions.
Book SessionAll sessions are by appointment and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
These are serious workouts! In case of pre-existing conditions make sure to get a green light from your physician. Snowboarders and children under 18 must wear a helmet. Helmets are strongly recommended for adults, especially beginners.
All packages expire 1 year from the date when they are bought. All sales are final and there are no refunds.
Our total session times include 30 minutes of simulator access per person. We build in time for putting boots on, warming up, and cooling down after your session by reserving the facility for a total of 45 minutes for 1-on-1 sessions.
