Ski Simulator (with Coach)

A private 1-on-1 lesson for skiing or snowboarding with an instructor from our team.

Each session is 45 minutes in total, with 5–10 minutes built in for warming up, putting on ski/snowboard boots, and getting onto the simulator. You will then spend 30 minutes training on the simulator itself. At the end of your session, you’ll have 5–10 minutes to remove boots, stretch, and cool down.

Please note: sessions are scheduled back-to-back. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and you will forfeit any missed minutes.

We have two commercial-grade ski simulators in different sizes. Your session may be held on either simulator, and we cannot guarantee which one will be available.

To prepare for your session:

Minimum age to participate on the simulators is 7 years old.

Private Lesson for One

Level up your mountain performance with focused, one-on-one dryland training designed specifically for skiers and snowboarders. Led by our certified ski fitness personal trainer, these 45-minute personal training sessions target the essential physical components of strong, confident skiing: balance, mobility, strength, core stability, and explosive power.

Each session is customized to your individual goals—whether you're working toward carving harder turns, building endurance for full days on the slopes, or recovering from injury. Dryland training bridges the gap between the gym and the mountain, helping you build a more capable, resilient, and confident body for winter sports.

Designed for skiers, snowboarders, and high-performing athletes, this contrast therapy experience combines the invigorating power of our ice-cold plunge with the deep restorative heat of our custom sauna.

Terms and Conditions

All sessions are by appointment and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

All packages expire 1 year from the date when they are bought.

These are serious workouts! In case of pre-existing conditions make sure to get a green light from your physician.

Our total session times include 30 minutes of simulator access per person. We build in time for putting boots on, warming up, and cooling down after your session by reserving the facility for a total of 45 minutes for 1-on-1 sessions.
